The Biggest Loser Contest

The journey to a new you begins NOW!!!
Participants will compete in a 7 week team based fitness contest. Each team will receive a fitness coach with the objective of helping each individual meet their goal. All team members will undergo pre and post contest fitness assessments and will receive fitness tips throughout the contest. Prizes are given to each winning team each semester.

The cost to register is $10 per participant. (All payments must be made in person at the REC)

The Strongman / Strongwoman Challenge

Contestants will battle it out in a bench press, squat and deadlift competition to see who the real king/queen of the weight room is. To get more information, as well as view the rules/guidelines, click here

Monthly Fitness Awareness Seminars

Each month the fitness department will conduct open seminars focusing on maintaining a healthier lifestyle. All students are welcome to attend and all seminars FREE of charge.
