Governing Board


The function of the Governing Board of the URRC is to oversee the management and operations of the Center. Board members will provide their expertise and insights to the various URRC programs and initiatives, making sure that all efforts maintain the integrity of the URRC and its vision and mission. The Board consists of its founders who are as follows:

  • Dr. Michael Adams, Interim Dean, Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs
  • Marcia Johnson, URRC Director, Thurgood Marshall School of Law
  • Carroll Robinson, esq., Interim Associate Dean, Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs
  • L. Anthony Johnson, Project Manager, Barbara Jordan Institute for Policy Research
